The plan is about timing—not a lower price

A payment plan distributes the agreed property value across defined stages. It does not reduce the total commitment, and it may not divide the price into equal monthly instalments. Booking, contracting, construction milestones and handover can each carry a different amount.

Read the schedule in four moments

• Booking: the amount required to reserve the chosen unit.
• Contracting: the payment due when the agreement is signed.
• During the plan: the recurring payments and their exact due dates.

Test the plan before you commit

Do not assess the plan using the average instalment alone. Identify the largest single payment, compare every due date with your expected cash flow, and keep a reasonable reserve for other commitments.
